clean rooms, comfortable beds. very good breakfast, they have a variety of options every day. very kind and respectful staff, everyone there is always helpful and resolves an issue with no issues.

I’m so impressed! Even with a hotel full of construction workers (for local projects, not the hotel itself) the staff are working hard to keep it clean! Both the evening and the morning front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, as well as the person in charge of breakfast. The only thing that would improve the hotel would be walk in showers in the handicap accessible room. Rarely can an older person step into a bathtub and I traveled with my mom, who is 83. That being said, the bathroom has a copious amount of assistance bars and places to hang towels and clothes. The breakfast has an excellent array of options. We will definitely stop here again the next time we’re in the area!

Best Hotel I have stayed in in years! Yes they are doing renovations, and the pool is closed because of it. I see all the reviews complaining about the renovations but you got to realize a business still has to run to make the money to pay for renovations. And they have done everything possible to make sure the renovations don't negatively impact either guests stay. And if you want to know if the pool is open or closed call and ask. They are super helpful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely delicious! And the rooms! Clean,comfy and everything works! The bathroom to fantastic as well! Clean shower, the soaps smell great, spotless towels, and I love the mirror. We stayed a little over a week and they were absolutely fantastic! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Stayed a couple nights for spring break. Super nice room at a very affordable price. Jackie at the front desk was so awesome. Kind and helpful! The breakfast was good! Lots of options. It was just an overall great experience.

We brought a group of 15 student athletes and 5 chaperones from Fort Worth for a basketball tournament out in Leonard and the staff and service was absolutely incredible!! We played late on Saturday evening and they let us stay til 5 without having to pay for an extra day. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of room. The breakfast was also top notch. We will definitely be staying here again next year!!

The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, and the front desk associate sabrina, was incredibly kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, especially since our decision to stay in Bonham was spontaneous and we had arrived completely unprepared. Her warm hospitality made our stay so enjoyable—we will definitely be returning in the future!

I usually have the pleasure of Jackie (the hotel manager) as a customer. I finally got to be her customer a few months ago and was absolutely delighted. I was stuck in Bonham for work when we had snow and icy weather, and got a room booked last minute for a great price (even though I am reimbursed by my company). A hotel bathroom tells you everything you need to know about where you are sleeping. This hotel bathroom told me I was in good hands. Room was damn near spotless and nothing was in disrepair. The renovations make this hotel feel high end. Thank you Jackie for turning my bad night into a good one!

Absolutely amazing stay! Rooms are great, clean, and comfy. And their soap and shampoo smell fantastic. The breakfast is delicious! The cinnamon rolls the the best, always soft and warm. And the staff is so friendly made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you all for a fantastic stay!
